Our Priority Objectives (Zero Accident Goal)

• Absolute Prevention: Guarantee a safe and healthy working environment to prevent any accident, incident, or occupational disease on our worksites and in the workshop.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to current legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the specific standards required by our industrial clients.
• Environment: Reduce our ecological footprint by optimizing the management of our industrial waste and controlling our energy consumption.
• Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate and evolve our HSE management system through regular feedback and experience sharing.

The Means Implemented

• Resources: Systematic allocation of the budgets, equipment, and personnel necessary to work safely.
• Training: Continuous certification and awareness-raising of all our teams regarding the specific risks of our trades (working at height, lifting, welding, lockout/tagout…).
• Equipment: Supply and rigorous control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
• Monitoring: Conducting audits, safety talks (safety toolbox talks), and strict monitoring of HSE performance indicators.
